No Fasting After a Workout! 5 Common Mistakes In The Gym!

You have spent time visiting the gym, but do not see the slightest improvement in their body shape? Perhaps to blame is one of the five most common mistakes made by ladies allowed in the gym and it goes unnoticed!

Do not be afraid of weight lifting. But do it within reasonable limits!

 

1.Fear of weight lifting.
Many of us are aware of the benefits of strength training, but still avoids these fear stacked on a lot of muscle mass. But do not worry - it does not happen so fast! Weight-training will help strengthen the muscles get tighter and the body, especially in women over 40 years of age. You do not take themselves or the heavier weights fulfill the most difficult exercises - but after the workout you should feel tired muscles.
2.Devotion handles.
Each simulator has a handle - both runway and Elliptical trainers, exercise bikes as well. But holding them to prevent you from benefiting fully from cardio as many muscles in such a way remains unemployed. This means that you also lose fewer calories. So the next workout belly drag, inhale deeply and release handles. It might be difficult to elliptical trainers, so do it very carefully.

3.You do not look in the mirror.
If we do not like its mirror image , then try to avoid it at all costs . But how else do you notice a change in shape in the training given ? If you will be reluctant to look in the mirror , you may miss areas of the body , which should pay close attention to the body is in proportion . Strength training look in mirror and understanding how the muscles improves. Man at the gym doing it all the time - they're carefully watching your every move .
 
4.You fasting after your workout .
Another thing to learn from men - after an exhausting workout drink proper protein smoothie or eat a meal that contains protein . Fear of gaining weight , ladies not to delve into why these cocktails needed. They supply the muscles with the necessary nutrients and also speeds up your metabolism and actually encourages excess lb of " burning " .
 
5.You are abstracted by thoughts of cardiotraning.
Each of us has flying in sky doing workout and started to run automatically ? Unfortunately, in such times you burn far fewer calories , and you've got the trainer to spend twice as much time to achieve the same results . Instead of free full attention to workout and see how lost extra weight ! You 'll definitely appreciate yourself in the summer, the start of the beach and tanning season .
