Forget About Starving! Diet That Removes Fat Without Fasting!

It is called The Zone (Zone Diet) does not promise rapid weight loss. But, unlike other diets, the initial loss of water and muscle mass decreases later, this diet removes fat directly.

By limiting the amount of carbohydrates at each meal and in addition taking 90 to 120 grams of lean protein, insulin and glycogen (pancreatic hormone that acts contrary to insulin and increases blood glucose) levels are maintained within normal limits. In this way, the hunger feeling is controlled and diet followers are saved from such a painful hunger.
 
What to eat?
Diet is based on three main meals and two snacks. Each meal is recommended to host protein products with low-fat (lean meat or fish), carbohydrates (mostly fruits and vegetables), low concentrations - the good fats (olive oil, almonds, avocados). The meal is withheld within an hour of walking or other physical activities. The interval between meals or snacks should not be longer than five hours, and the last is to eat a snack before bedtime.
None of the groups of products is not strictly prohibited, but if you have a preferred carbohydrates, this diet may prove to be a big test of willpower. Bread, pasta, cereals and other starchy products are considered more as a side dish rather than nutritional foundation. Also, they are the fruits and vegetables that contain quite a lot of sugar (such as corn, carrots, bananas and raisins), is a list of undesirable products. In turn, lean red meat and egg yolks belongs to a group of bad fat and this diet plan is not at all desirable.
Each meal (including snacks) should be guided by the principle: 30% protein, 30% fat and 40% carbohydrate. Simply put, the 3/2 takes the plate fruits and vegetables (overspray with olive oil or chopped almonds), 1/3 - lean protein products, such as palm-sized chicken.
Calorific value is reduced, that is, women take about 1200 kcal per day for men - 1500 kcal. One meal should not eat more than 500 kcal, 100 kcal snacks embedded within.
For best results diet suggests a short, but regular physical activity.


 
Physical activity.
Subject to your diet every day for about 30 minutes to deal with aerobic exercise and 5-10 minutes devoted to strength exercises. For example, a 20-minute swim, followed by squats, lunge and Abs exercises. The most important rule is the same: do the exercises on a regular basis, rather than, say, five-day exercise, while the next five laiskoties.

Diets cons.
- Every meal 30:30:40 adhere to the principle, that is to say, one can not eat a meal all day for protein and next eat only carbohydrates containing products;
- Strict meal scheme, which is difficult to follow for busy people;
- In the long run requires a lot of willpower;
- Possible side effects: constipation, bad breath, stomach cramps and nausea.
