The good news . Nutritionists say that chocolate 's reputation is not so bad . This is an excellent product which has many good properties . For example, every day eaten one small piece of chocolate can lower blood pressure , reduce cholesterol levels and limit the risk of heart attack and stroke.
German researchers decade witnessed more than 19 000 people and found that those who ate the most chocolate - an average of 7.5 g per day (that's about one in 100 g heavy piece of chocolate bars ) - had lower blood pressure and about 39 % lower risk of heart attack or the threat of stroke than those who ate chocolate less . However, not all chocolate is equally good.
